We wanted to share with you some of the plants growing and delighting us here at Catchtail Gardens. Many plants that are generally considered merely ornamental or even 'weeds' are, in fact, medicinal herbs. This is a little introduction to some of them, while also serving as an inventory of what is growing, when, and how. As time goes by, we will be updating each herb with more detail, as well as adding to the list.
